Are EDAR ESD mats RoHS compliant?

Yes. Both RoHS 2.0 (EU 2011/65/EU) and RoHS 3.0 (EU 2015/863) compliant mats available. Test reports from SGS or equivalent labs provided on request.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ 50 rolls for stock sizes, 100 rolls for custom. Lead time: 7-10 days stock, 15-25 days custom. Free samples available (buyer pays shipping).

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy. L/C at sight for established accounts. FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF/CNF/DDP.

Standard terms governing all quotations, orders, and shipments from Suzhou Yida Rubber & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (宿州市亿达橡塑科技有限公司)

1. Trading Terms

All quotations are issued in USD under FOB Shanghai or FOB Ningbo Incoterms 2020, unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and subject to raw material index adjustments beyond that period.

2. Payment Terms

New clients: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of B/L.

Established clients (3+ orders): Open to negotiate L/C at sight, O/A 30 days, or other terms upon credit review.

3. Shipping & Lead Time

Standard sizes in stock: 7–10 days to FOB port.

Custom orders: 15–25 days production + 3–5 days export documentation. Express sample shipments via DHL / FedEx at buyer's account.

4. Warranty

All ESD mats carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under proper storage and usage conditions. Warranty does not cover mechanical damage, chemical exposure outside product spec, or improper grounding.

5. Returns & Claims

Claims for visible defects must be filed within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Functional or specification claims must be filed within 30 days. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for non-defective goods.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide via our contact and quote forms: name, email, company, phone, country, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and arrange shipments.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, failing which by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shanghai.
